We don’t like being in front of the camera. Is that ok?
How long does it take to receive our photos and videos?
We take pride in the quality of work we deliver. We always strive to get it correct on the first go so ur turnaround time photos and videos in three months in the peak seasons (March – May, September – November) and a bit shorter during the quieter months.
How do we receive our photos and videos?
Living in a technological era, your photos and videos initially are delivered through an online gallery in which you can share with your family and friends to re-live your special day. You have access to the high-resolution images for you to print and download with an expiry of one year from delivery.
At a later date, we will send you a customised wooden USB with all the soft copy files downloaded onto it.
How many hours do we need you for?
There is no set rule for how many hours you’ll need us on your wedding day but our packages are designed so that we are present for the main parts of the day. This will allow us to capture your special day holistically.
Generally speaking, we can cover all the important parts of the day within 11 hours. Anything after 11 hours, there will be additional fees added.
What time do you arrive at the getting ready locations?
We have two teams present on your wedding day – Team bride and team groom. We hate the idea of the groom getting ready earlier just for the sake of photos so each team arrives according to each side’s schedule – an hour and a half prior to the departure of the getting ready locations.
Do you know any locations in which we can take photos?
We sure do! If you don’t have any ideas in mind, we have an array of places throughout Sydney to take you – just ask us! And if we haven’t shot near your ceremony/reception, we’ll go out to location scout places that would be logistically smart but also beautiful.
How does payment work?
Two payments – The first payment which is inclusive of the total amount ($2000) covers the work done prior to the wedding/locking in your date and a final payment a month before your wedding.
If you wish to pay by credit card, there is a 1.75% surcharge.
Do you guys shoot internationally?
We sure do! About 20% of our weddings are international. If you’re looking to get married overseas, drop us a message and let’s see if we can work something out!
Do you guys do physical prints?
At Captured Frames, we love seeing our work printed so we print and frame our photos all the way up to A2.
We also love albums – we design them in-house, they fully customisable in material and hand made in Italy.

Are you guys experienced in schedulling?
We sure are! We’ve been privileged to have shot over 200 weddings throughout our careers and so we’re quite knowledgeable on how long things generally take. If you schedule a meeting with us, we’d be happy to talk about how your wedding day would look like if you would give us the honour to party with you.
How many photos will we receive from our wedding?
Every wedding is different so deliverables will depend on the different events going on throughout the day. On average, once all the selections and edits are done, we deliver around 70-80 photos per hour.
Do we get to choose the song for our video?
For the majority of our weddings, our studio has been given free liberty by out clients to choose the song. We use paid licensed music that matches up to the vibe of your wedding day. If you have a song request for your wedding highlights, feel free to reach out to us
Who will we get on our wedding day?
Captured Frames is a boutique wedding studio. We have a total of two photography and two videography teams. We only shoot a total of 60 weddings a year so we’ll make sure you’ll meet whoever is leading prior to your wedding day so you guys can get familiar.
